1. Introduction
Welcome to Miracle Cleaning Pros. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our professional cleaning services. By booking a service with Miracle Cleaning Pros, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these terms. We are a professional cleaning company providing services in Plano, TX, and the surrounding areas. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality, reliable, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions for your home and business.
2. Services
Miracle Cleaning Pros offers a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Residential Cleaning: Regular maintenance cleaning for homes.
Commercial Cleaning: Cleaning services for offices and commercial properties.
Deep Cleaning: A comprehensive and detailed cleaning of your entire space.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Preparing a home for new occupants or for handover.
Specialized Services: Including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
We also offer customized cleaning plans to meet your specific needs. The scope of services will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Our teams will follow a particular order to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work may result in additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible service, the Client agrees to:
Preparation: Have the property in a condition that allows for effective cleaning. This includes picking up clutter and ensuring our team has access to all areas to be cleaned.
Access: Ensure safe, timely access to the property. This may include providing a key, a unique door code, or a lockbox code. If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may be charged.
Alarm Systems: If an alarm system is present, it should be disarmed before our arrival. While we will take care to follow any instructions provided, we will not be held responsible for any false alarms or associated fees.
Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for our team. This includes supervising children and securing any pets that may be aggressive or disruptive. We reserve the right to leave the premises if our team feels unsafe, and the full cost of the cleaning will be charged.
Valuables: Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items. While we take the utmost care, we will not be held liable for damage to such items.
4. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Booking: Services can be booked online or by contacting us directly. An estimate will be provided based on the information you provide. This estimate may be adjusted if the condition of the property is not as described.
Rescheduling and Cancellation: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of recurring cleaning services. For one-time, initial, or move-in/move-out cleanings, we require 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than the required notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for all one-time, initial, and move-in/move-out cleanings. This deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your cleaning.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods. Please inquire for details.
Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payments: Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee and/or interest charges.
Rate Adjustments: We reserve the right to reevaluate and adjust our rates at any time. We will provide you with advance notice of any rate changes.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any area of our cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the condition of the property has deteriorated since the original cleaning, or if our team was unable to perform their work due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Liability
Miracle Cleaning Pros is insured and bonded. However, our liability is limited as follows:
Damage: Any damage must be reported to our office within 48 hours of the service. We will not be held liable for damage reported after this time. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item, and we are not responsible for damage due to faulty installation, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for any loss, expense, or damage arising from a late arrival, or from our inability to complete a job due to lack of hot water, electricity, or the presence of third parties on the property.
8. Equipment and Supplies
Miracle Cleaning Pros provides all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies, including eco-friendly options upon request. If you require us to use your personal equipment or supplies, we cannot be held liable for any damage to your equipment or for the outcome of the cleaning.
9. Safety and Restrictions
Our cleaning technicians are our most valuable asset. For their safety, they are not permitted to:
- Climb on ladders higher than a two-step stool
- Move heavy furniture or objects
- Handle any human or animal waste, blood, or bodily fluids
- Clean areas with active pest or mold infestations
10. Non-Solicitation of Employees
By using our services, you agree not to solicit for hire any of our cleaning technicians for any home-related services. We invest significant resources in training and vetting our employees. If you wish to employ a member of our staff directly, please discuss this with our office. A referral fee will be charged if you are found to have solicited one of our employees.
11. General Provisions
Modification: Miracle Cleaning Pros reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
12. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our web form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Miracle Cleaning Pros. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
